How it must be grand
to be worth something


It is poetry if it is about your life

And if it is about life,
then it is worth something

It does not matter if it is not perfect
What matters is I loved it enough to see it written

Fear defines our lives,
Defines all life

There must be something beautiful about fear --
It exists, after all
